👉🏻 50g oats, 10g grounded chia seeds/ flax seeds 👉🏻 bring  with 300-350ml water to a boil 👉🏻 reduce heat, add 25g protein powder [ or use 75g oats ], pinch of salt and sweetener of choice 👉🏻 optional: add 1 tsp of psyllium husk or locust bean gum 👉🏻 let it sit for 5-10 minutes 👉🏻 add more water until desired consistency 👉🏻 add toppings!

Les dejo esta simple receta para que puedan tener una opción más saludable ✨

NUGGETS DE CARNE VEGETAL .
INGREDIENTES 
1 taza de carne vegetal la mía es de @karu_granel 💚 (deben dejarla en agua por 8-12 horas)
1 cebolla mediana picada 
1 pimentón picado 
1 ajo 
Sal a gusto 
1 taza de harina de avena o cualquier otra (preferir harinas no refinadas) encuentran en @karu_granel 💚
1 taza de pan rallado o más harina .
PREPARACIÓN 
1. Realizar un sofrito de cebolla, pimentón y ajo, al final agregamos la carne vegetal.
2. Llevamos a la licuadora la mezcla, luego de eso agregamos la harina de avena, revolvemos.
3. Reposamos la mezcla por una hora en el refrigerador.
4. Sacamos nuestra mezcla y formamos los nuggets, lo cubrimos con el pan rallado. 
5. Llevamos al horno a 200 grados hasta que estén dorados. Y Listo 😋

NOTA: En reemplazo de la carne vegetal pueden utilizar una legumbre!! Así aumentamos en el consumo de estas 💚

While kids were away, we enjoyed making a nice healthy dinner together using @traderjoes ingredients: Dover Sole with a saffron lemon butter wine sauce and grilled vegetable kabobs...we also paired it with gluten free cheesy bread with kale cashew pesto, wine, and Moscow mules. Unfortunately no pics of the cheesy bread or cocktails. Fun night tho!

☑️15 sobres de edulcorante
☑️120 gr de harina de algarroba.

Procedimiento:
1. Batir los huevos con el edulcorante. Integral el aceite y batir.

As they don't have any other aglutinant they crumble easily. But I wanted to know if it was possible to bake them just like this, without adding eggs or any kind of flour, and it's perfectly possible. AND they taste delicious just like that. 😋 I'm creating other variants as I'm typing, that will try next time 🙏

Estaba súper antojada de comer este arroz y les comparto esta receta para que lo hagan en casa. ⁣

Solo necesitas:⁣
⁣
1/4 taza de arroz integral ⁣
1 Huevo ⁣
1 zanahoria ⁣
1/2de cebolla⁣
3 ajís, verde, rojo y amarillo ⁣
1 ramita de apio ⁣
2 dientes de ajo ⁣
Perejil y cebollína ⁣
Salada china baja en sal Proluxa ⁣
Sal ⁣
Agua ⁣
Aceite de oliva⁣
Picar todos los ingredientes ⁣
⁣
Paso a paso ⁣
⁣
- Colocamos en una olla un poco de aceite de oliva y echamos el arroz, revolvemos por unos minutos y echamos la cebolla, los ajíes, el apio, la zanahoria, ajo y el perejil todo finamente picado y revolvemos por dos minutos ⁣
- En un sartén aparte colocamos el huevo y lo revolvemos, luego lo incorporamos a los demás ingredientes y agregamos agua para hacer nuestro arroz.⁣
- Cuando haya secado el arroz le agregamos la sala china y un toque de sal, si es necesario.⁣
- Revolvemos para integrar la salsa china a el arroz y poder darle ese toque marrón, tapamos el arroz y lo dejamos por 15 minutos.⁣
- Decoramos con cebollina picada ⁣

I’ve got in the habit of not trying certain exercises because I think I can’t do them or taking the simplified option. Since doing home workouts I’ve tried to reverse this. Just try it all and Ive surprised myself! My press ups are getting a lot better and there’s even a bicep coming through 😝 I can successfully do multiple burpees and squats thrusters. Have the fish monger clean it up for you so all that is needed to prep this dish are sliced onions, ginger, lemons and tomatoes.  Had leftover celery so added that too. No hay nada mejor que una sopa en un día de frío como este!
Súper sana, rica y nutritiva para estas épocas.
Que lleva?
✍🏼
•Una cebolla, la cortamos y la salteamos en la sartén con un chorrito de aceite hasta que esté cocinada.
•Choclo (podes usar en lata o no), se pone en la sartén cuando esté lista la cebolla.
•Un caldito, se pone con un chorrito de agua en la sartén.
Revolvemos unos minutos.
Después licuamos todo en la licuadora, lo volvemos a volcar en la sartén y le agregamos una cucharada de queso crema y mezclamos todo.
Por último, servimos y le agregamos unos daditos de queso blando (yo use portsalut).
Y listooo! 🍽🥳

Часто накапливается много фотографий, которые я не выставляю. Близкие удивляются почему, и трудно становится объяснить, что самое сложное - это не приготовить, и даже не сфотографировать то или иное блюдо! А самое сложное - это сесть и описать процесс приготовления и подготовки к этому таинству. Бывает, что фотография сохранилась, и я помню, что это было безумно вкусно, но как я это готовила уже напрочь забыто🤗 обидно, но это совсем другая история.
А сейчас немного красоты и простоты в одном стакане в ваши ленты, дорогие друзья!

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ:

ДЛЯ МОЛОЧНОГО СЛОЯ
600 гр молока ;
20 гр (1 ст.л)  желатина;
Сахар по вкусу👌

ДЛЯ ПЕРСИКОВОГО СЛОЯ:
850 гр консервированного персика в сиропе ( банка 850гр);
15 гр желатина;
Сахар по предпочтению, потому как сироп уже сладкий.

Молоко смешать с сахаром и быстрорастворимым желатином и слегка разогреть, чтобы растворить сахар и желатин. Не кипятить!!! Разлить молоко по стаканам  на 1/3 и поставить в холодильник до застывания молока.
Пока займемся персиковым слоем. Сливаем сироп из персиков. Половинки персиков режем тонкими слайсами. После застывания молока, выкладываем эти кусочки ребром, в форме лепестков по кругу стакана, поверх молочного слоя, начиная от внешнего края к центру.  Легко формируется розочка.
В персиковый сироп добавляем желатин, если необходимо, сахар  и слегка подогреваем до растворения желатина. Даем сиропу остыть и заливаем выложенные розочкой персики остывшим сиропом. Ставим стаканы снова в холодильник до полного застывания.
Из данной порции получилось 5 вазочек. Яркий , эффектный и вкусный десерт готов! 
При желании, этот десерт можно сделать ПП, если молоко использовать растительное, вместо сахара использовать сахзам фитпарад. Вместо сиропа можно в воду добавить сахзам и желатин, немного подогреть до растворения ингредиентов, отсудить и залить персики. ПЕРСИКОВО - МОЛОЧНЫЙ ДЕСЕРТ Часто накапливается много фотографий, которые я не выставляю. Близкие удивляются почему, и трудно становится объяснить, что самое сложное - это не приготовить, и даже не сфотографировать то или иное блюдо! А самое сложное - это сесть и описать процесс приготовления и подготовки к этому таинству. Бывает, что фотография сохранилась, и я помню, что это было безумно вкусно, но как я это готовила уже напрочь забыто🤗 обидно, но это совсем другая история. А сейчас немного красоты и простоты в одном стакане в ваши ленты, дорогие друзья! ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: ДЛЯ МОЛОЧНОГО СЛОЯ 600 гр молока ; 20 гр (1 ст.л) желатина; Сахар по вкусу👌 ДЛЯ ПЕРСИКОВОГО СЛОЯ: 850 гр консервированного персика в сиропе ( банка 850гр); 15 гр желатина; Сахар по предпочтению, потому как сироп уже сладкий. healthyfood Berenjenas al escabeche! 🍆
Y aquí está la receta que muchos me han estado pidiendo. Quien no quiere tener un frasco de éstos en la heladera en plena cuarentena? Mí abuela Beba me pasó la receta y yo le hice algunos pequeños cambios! 👵💜 Ingredientes
- 1 kilo de berenjenas
- 1 litro de agua
- 250 ml de vinagre blanco
- 150 ml de aceite de oliva (si no tenes, podes usar de girasol)
- Media cabeza de ajo
- Pimienta y pimentón dulce a gusto
- Sal fina y sal gruesa cantidad necesaria

Empeza lavando las berenjenas y cortándolas en rodajas. Vos elegí el grosor que prefieras, a mi me gusta hacerlas de 1 cm aproximadamente. 
Pone en un plato o fuente una capa de berenjenas y espolvoréa con sal gruesa. Repeti dichas capas con todo el kilo de berenjenas. Tal como se ve en la foto, es necesario que pongas algo de peso arriba para que haga presión. Este paso es importante porque permite sacarle el amargor a las berenjenas. Dejalas por lo menos 4 horas.
Pasado ese tiempo, vas a ver que las berenjenas largaron bastante líquido, asi que colalas y enjuagalas bien. Tenés que sacarle toda la sal gruesa ya que absorbió el amargor de la berenjena.
Pone a hervir un litro de agua y sumale una taza de vinagre blanco. Cuando el agua este hirviendo, tira las berenjenas. Tenes que dejarlas hasta que cambien de color y se vuelvan transparentes (a los 10-15 minutos aprox.).
Volvelas a colar, pasalas a un plato o fuente y separalas bien para que se enfrien más rápido. Salalas con sal fina y cortalas por la mitad. Si preferis, podes cortar cada rodaja en 4. Es muy importante que las sales en este paso, cuando aún están calientes.
Una vez que se hayan enfriado, es el momento de armar nuestros frascos. Por kilo de berenjena te van a salir 3 de mermelada.
Empezá con una capa de berenjenas, luego pimentón dulce, rodajas de ajo pelado y crudo y pimienta. Aplasta con una cuchara o tenedor para sacarle todo el aire y cubrí dicha capa con aceite de oliva. Volve a hacer lo mismo. Capa de berenjenas, pimentón, ajo, pimienta, presionás y agregás aceite. Así hasta llenar el frasco. A lo último, tapa bien con aceite de oliva.
Guardalas en la heladera y esperá 3-4 días para empezar  a comerlas! 🤤
